Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Martin of Statesboro, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Althea Martin of Miami, Florida, to Bryant Keyon Rice, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Campbell and Mr. and Mrs. James Coble. The bride-elect is a graduate of Statesboro High School. She also received her Associate of Arts degree in criminal justice from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia.
