Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Martin of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Jean Martin, to Sean Thomas Butterbaugh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Butterbaugh of Paducah, Kentucky. Sarah is a granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Martin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Thomas. She graduated from Statesboro High School in 2008, Georgia Southern University in 2012 and Asbury Seminary in 2016.
