Angie White Lanier of Nevils announces the engagement of her daughter, Bailey Janese Lanier, to Timothy Allen Moore, son of Allen and Faye Moore of Ridgeland, S.C. Bailey is also the daughter of the late Mr. James Keith Lanier.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Palmer and Judy White of Nevils, Herbie and Barbie Anderson of Cedar Crossing and James Elton and Sybil Lanier of Nevils. She is also the great-granddaughter of Rose Riner of Cedar Crossing. Bailey is a 2008 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and a 2011 graduate of Technical College of the Low Country. She is employed by the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
    Timothy is the grandson of Murray Nettles and Billy and Edith Moore of Ridgeland. Timothy is a 2004 graduate of Thomas Heyward Academy and a 2004 graduate of South Carolina Fire Academy. He is employed with the Jasper County Fire Rescue.
    The couple plans to wed on May 4th, 2013, at 5 p.m. at The Little Cabin in the Woods, Tillman, S.C., with a reception to follow at the Sergeant Jasper Country Club, Ridgeland, S.C.
