Mrs. Mattie Baldwin Harris of Statesboro, Ga., announces the engagement of her daughter, Angela Nicole Harris of Statesboro, to Randy Heath Hills, son of the late Mrs. Louise Hills.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Samuel Baldwin and is the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Washington. She is a graduate of Statesboro High School and is a graduate of Ogeechee Technical College, with a degree of Master Cosmetology and an Associate's degree in Information Technology. She is currently employed at Mattie's Touch of Class Hair Salon in Statesboro.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bishop Louis Hills and is the great-grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Luther Hills Sr. A graduate of Bryan County High School and Ogeechee Technical College, he is currently employed at Delta Life Insurance Company of Savannah, Ga.
    The couple has planned to wed on May 22, 2010, at 4 p.m. at the Hodges Grove Baptist Church.
