Mr. and Mrs. Michael Harper of Metter announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary-Anne Wilder Harper, to William Patrick Collins II, son of Pat and Sherri Collins of Brooklet. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Max Harper of Midway and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Maley of Douglas. She is a 2015 graduate of Richmond Hill High School.
