Blair Alexandra Riley and William C. “Bill” Inabinet III
    Dr. Brenda Shuman-Riley of Statesboro and Charles Alexander Riley of Cordele, Ga., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Blair Alexandra, to William C. “Bill” Inabinet III, son of Mr. and Mrs. William C. Inabinet Jr. of Monroe, Ga.
    The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bolan G. Burton of Marietta, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Riley of Elberton, Ga. Blair is a 2000 graduate of Telfair County High School in McRae, Ga., and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. Ed. in political science education from Georgia Southern University, where she was president of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She graduated in 2005 with an M.Ed. in middle grades education and currently teaches seventh grade at Youth Middle School in Loganville, Ga.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sierer of Atlanta and Mr. and Mrs. William C. Inabinet of Greenwood, S.C. Bill is a 2000 graduate of Monroe Area High School in Monroe, Ga., and graduated with a B.B.A. in finance from Georgia Southern University, where he was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He is currently employed as a credit analyst and cash management representative at the National Bank of Walton County in Monroe.
    The wedding is planned for March 31, 2007, at the Dublin First United Methodist Church in Dublin, Ga., with a reception to follow at Dublin Country Club.
