The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Roberta Preston. She graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High School and attended South University. She is currently employed with The Tax Collector in Palm Beach County, Fla.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Handy Starling Rawls. He is a graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and is currently employed with Builders First Choice in Palm Beach County, Fla.
The couple has planned to wed on March 17, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Snella’s.
