Danielle and James Jackson of Rocky Ford, Georgia, and Jay and Beth Ellis of Statesboro are pleased to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Jessica Lyn Ellis, to Matthew Terry Purvis, son of Mike and Lisa Purvis of Metter, Georgia. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Larry and Elaine Newton of Rocky Ford and Betty Murray of Statesboro, as well as Wendell and Pam Ellis and Martha and Carl Lucas, all of Statesboro. She is a 2012 graduate of Statesboro High School and is currently employed with AgSouth Farm Credit.
