Eagles ace the field at Schenkel

On March 16, for the first time ever, the Georgia Southern Eagles won their home golf tournament, the Schenkel Invitational, held at Forest Heights Country Club. They overcame cold, rainy conditions on Sunday and finished a comfortable eight strokes ahead of runner-up Alabama-Birmingham. Georgia Southern shot 14-under par overall.
