    Season tickets are now on sale for the 2010-11 Georgia Southern men's and women's basketball seasons.
    Seating assignments will begin on Monday, but fans may purchase their season tickets at the Georgia Southern Athletics Ticket Office or online. Single-game tickets will go on sale November 11.
    Fifteen games, including a December 22 date with former Trans America Athletic Conference rival Georgia State, are on the men's schedule for Hanner Fieldhouse. The Eagles play host to South Alabama (December 18) and Eastern Kentucky (January 2) for non-conference games along with nine Southern Conference contests.
    Season tickets begin at just $75 for reserved seating with limited lower-level reserved seating available for $125.
    The home schedule begins Nov. 15 against Carver Bible at 7 p.m., but fans can get an early look at the Eagle men's team in action when it takes on Fort Valley State the night before Homecoming, Friday, November 5 in an exhibition game. Tipoff is slated for 8:30 p.m. following the conclusion of the Eagles Volleyball match at 6 p.m. against The Citadel. Admission for both events is $1.
    The Lady Eagles return 10 players from the last year's squad that advanced to the semifinals of the Southern Conference Tournament and will be joined by six newcomers. The 2010-11 home campaign features the home season opener against Mercer on Tuesday, November 16th, SEC powerhouse Alabama and 10 Southern Conference contests. A general admission plan is priced at $50.
    A flex ticket plan is also available for both teams for $25. Fans receive five tickets which may be used to bring five fans to a single game or in combination for any home men's or women's game. Single game tickets are priced at $8 for adults and $4 for youth (ages 3-12). Groups of more than 15 people receive a discounted $4 rate for each ticket.
    Tickets may be purchased through the GSU Athletics ticket office at 1-800-GSU-WINS or online at www.GeorgiaSouthernEagles.com/tickets. The Georgia Southern Athletics Ticket Office located at 203 Lanier Drive in Statesboro is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and on football Saturdays at 11 a.m.
