AUBURN, ALA. – Georgia Southern Baseball came up short in the season opener at No. 15 Auburn. The Eagles scored the game's first run, but dropped the 11-2 decision after conceding five runs in the first frame. Georgia Southern, however, out-hit the Tigers 9-8 in the game.
