▲ CODY LANE — Deputies responded to a missing child case but learned it was really a custody dispute.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A man said the mother of his children (of whom he has custody) made a comment on Facebook that if she died tomorrow, she would “kidnap my son and bring him here to be with me and all of my kids and shoot his dad for all the suffering he caused tbh (to be honest).”

▲ LANIER DRIVE — A victim was taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation after police responded to a simple battery incident.

In a separate incident, someone called 911 regarding a domestic dispute. Parties involved told police it was only a verbal disagreement.

▲ LESTER ROAD — A quantity of suspected marijuana was seized at a school. Reports released to the media did not include the name of the school on this road.

▲ BERMUDA RUN ROAD — Officers responded to a reported fight, but the incident was over by the time they arrived. Persons involved were given information in taking warrants.

▲ SOUTHERN DOWNS — Someone reported a trespasser had been inside their home.

▲ JEWEL DRIVE — A woman was arrested after a domestic dispute.

▲ HILL STREET — A report was made for battery and theft of a cell phone. Photos were taken of a victim’s injuries and information was given regarding taking warrants.

▲ VARIOUS LOCATIONS — Officers investigated 10 traffic accidents Wednesday.

▲ Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted six motorists.

▲ FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers investigated a drug complaint. No arrests were made.
