Characters with monikers like "Stitches," "Hatter" and "Necro" will bring the Middle Ages to town this weekend with the second annual Statesboro Renaissance Faire. The Saturday and Sunday event, held at the Bulloch County Agriculture Complex across from Langston Chapel Middle and Elementary schools, will bring historical-themed vendors and live performances featuring fire breathing, jousting, axe throwing and even a Viking Battle School.
