Incidents
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A laptop was stolen from a locked storage room, school officials said.
    OCEAN GALLEY — A former employee complained about not being paid enough for a catering job, and sent harassing phone messages as well as Facebook messages to the business.
    THE POINT AT SOUTHERN — A couple argued over a cell phone being cut off.
    WODLANDS APARTMENTS — Someone cut a chain and stole a utility trailer.
    POPLAR STREET — A man reported copper stolen from several household appliances.
    CONE HOMES — A woman said a man grabbed her arm and choked her. The man said he did grab her arm, but because she threw an object, missed and shattered his windshield.
    MILL CREEK ELEMENTARY — Someone broke into vending machines.
    ANTHONY STREET — A card game ended in a fight, and an offender was treated by EMS then taken to the hospital for further treatment.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A juvenile told police she was at the pool when a man grabbed her and took her to an apartment. She could not tell them which apartment, but said she escaped before harm was done.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A man reported copper pipes damaged and copper pipes stolen from a house.
    MOSS CREEK CIRCLE — Police responded to a welfare check request and found a man lying naked in front of an open door, in public view. He was arrested on public indecency charges.
    LANIER DRIVE — Three victims told police they were attacked by several unknown offenders. They all suffered minor visible injuries.

    Toddrick Arlando Perkins, 24, Lockett Drive, Register —fleeing/attempt to elude, reckless driving, obstruction of officers, headlight violation.
    Edward Walter Lindbergh Jr., 34, Primrose Street. Register — criminal trespass.
    Belinda Montover Martin,27, Cypress Lake Mobile Home Park, Register — theft by taking.
    Donnie Jay Martin, 34, Dry Branch Village, Register — theft by taking.
