    BAY STREET — A man told police around 11:15 a.m. Thursday that an unknown woman drove up to him and handed him a cell-phone. The woman on the phone, whom he knew, threatened him. He said the driver also threatened him.
    MILL CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — A student was found to have a toy gun in a book bag around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
    TC OUTDOORS — A person reported around 11:15 a.m. Thursday that a pistol, the prize in a raffle, was picked up by someone who was not the winner of the raffle.
    STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT — Officers logged about 20 pounds of pills that were collected during Operation Medicine Drop, in which people may deposit unwanted and out-of-date medications for proper disposal, around 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

    Ricky Dean Brogdon, 49, Gray’s Highway, Early Branch, S.C. — possession of methamphetamine, obstruction, possession of a knife or firearm during the commission or attempt to a felony.
    Christian Tyler Godbee, 21, Beaver Dam Road, Sylvania — marijuana possession.

    Kriston Taylor Moore, 18, Fort Argyle Court, Savannah — disorderly conduct, obstruction, wanted person.

    STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman reported coming home to find her husband pouring candle wax on furniture and having burned her jacket around 12:30 p.m. Thursday. He left on a bike and was later apprehended, arrested on outstanding warrants.
    COWBOY WAY — (Portal) A man reported around 1:30 p.m. Thursday that a 7-year-old juvenile was trespassing.

    Officers issued one traffic violation citation Thursday.
Alexis Montano, 18, Chandler Road — possession of marijuana, possession of a drug-related objects.

    Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted three motorists Thursday.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — An officer driving with his windows down on Chandler Road smelled marijuana around 9:15 p.m. Monday. The odor became stronger as he came closer to the apartments, and he noticed windows open on the third floor. Upon checking, the officer found a woman in an apartment whose eyes were bloodshot and who had marijuana in her possession. She was arrested. The officer had been tipped off about the marijuana smell by another officer on foot patrol.
