    Jonathan Robert Gary, 23, Pleasant Point Road — disorderly conduct, criminal trespass.
    Jeremy Allen Franklin, 23, Foss Street — obstruction.
    Parker David Radford, 21, East Main Street — discharge of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, criminal trespass.
    Jonathan Mitchell Karron, 22, East Main Street — discharge of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, criminal trespass, marijuana possession.
    Clarence Tillman, 24, Eagle Court Condominiums — wanted person, giving false information, reckless conduct, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    Raejonae Antonia Bailey, 18, Monarch 301 Apartments — simple assault, criminal trespass.
    Robert Lee Hodge Sr., 59, Pike Road — suspended license, failure to obey traffic device.
    Jayleen Oshai Jenkins, 19, Statesboro Place Circle — wanted person.

Incidents
    BUFFALO WILD WINGS — A man was taken to the hospital for evaluation around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday after police responded to reports of a sick person. He was also charged with giving false information and obstruction.
    MONARCH APARTMENTS — Two women reported around 3 p.m. Wednesday being threatened by a roommate, and claimed they feared for their safety. The offender was arrested.
    MONTEGO WAY — A woman reported around 2 p.m. Thursday that she was the victim of a scam. She was selling a vehicle, and received a check from someone that was twice the amount she was charging. The “buyer” asked that she return the overpayment amount. She did, then discovered the check that she had been given was fraudulent.

    Chadvanski Jerod Burns, 34, Honey Road, Sylvania — probation violation.
    Wendell Cody, 49, President Circle — probation violation, bench warrant.
    Devan Alexander Conner, 19, Statesboro Place Circle — sale of marijuana, conspiracy to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of felonies.
    Ryan Keith Nelson, 18, Eagle Village — criminal attempt to sell schedule II drugs.
    Willie Dean Riggs, 35, Fernwood Drive, Ellabell — criminal trespass.
    Leartis Lamar Simon, 33, Country Lane, Hephzibah — marijuana possession.

Incidents
    MARIA SORRELL ROAD — A woman told deputies around noon Wednesday that her father died three months after signing a deed that gave a parcel of land to her and siblings. Another sibling is living on the property and showed deputies a living will, signed by their mother in 1983, granting rights to the property. Deputies told both parties this is a civil matter and can be resolved in magistrate court. 
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — Deputies responded around 8:30 a.m. Thursday to a call about an 8-year-old having a knife on the school bus. The student is being disciplined by school officials.

Arrests/Citations
    Officers issued three traffic violation citations Thursday.

Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings and assisted six motorists Thursday.
