INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police Department

STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE - A woman called police because someone "maliciously rubbed pizza crust" in her windshield and left a slice of pizza behind.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A man was arrested for shoplifting $23 worth of food.
UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS - Someone called police about an argument between two men who each claimed the other pushed them as they each tried to leave the apartment.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
CLITO ROAD - Deputies responded along with firefighters to a report of a golf cart on fire. Owners asked a report be filed for insurance purposes.
ROCKY FORD ROAD - A woman who had just moved into a home said a neighbor started yelling and cursing in front of her kids about a fence between the residences the neighbor was afraid she would remove. The neighbor threatened to shoot her dogs as well, she said.
PULASKI ROAD - A man fired a pistol into the air as a warning to a stranger on a yellow bike who cursed him and his wife when they asked why he was there. The offender reached into a bag and the homeowner fired the shot in defense, but did not aim at the man, he said. When deputies found the offender, he said he had stopped to use the phone.
BIRD ROAD - An argument over a juvenile calling a man by his name instead of "uncle" ended with someone calling deputies to intervene.
JACKSON ROAD - Deputies were called to mediate between neighbors arguing over loud music and burning things in the yard.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted five motorists.
