Incidents
    EAST KENNEDY STREET — Police responded to a complaint about a drunken, unwanted guest around 1 p.m. Feb. 10. The intoxicated person was allowed to stay until he sobered up.
    KENT STREET — A man reported the theft of gray 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
    STILES INN — While officers were performing a welfare check just before noon Saturday, they arrested a woman on charges of public intoxication and simple battery against a police officer.
    EAST AVENUE — A man was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Sunday on charges of pointing a pistol at another, simple assault and criminal trespass. The incident report did not list details of the domestic dispute.
    SPRING HILL SUITES — A woman who refused to leave the hotel was taken to the hospital for treatment around 4:45 p.m. Feb. 11. When she still refused to obey officers, she was arrested.
    TIME SAVER #40 — (North Main Street) A man was cited around 5:30 p.m. Friday for furnishing alcohol to an underage person during a compliance check.
    GNAT’S LANDING — A man was cited around 8:30 p.m. Friday during an alcohol compliance check, charged with furnishing alcohol to an underage person.
    DINGUS MAGEE’S — A man was cited around 11:30 p.m. Friday for furnishing alcohol to an underage person during an alcohol compliance check.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A man and woman were arrested at 6 p.m. Monday for shoplifting $164 worth of miscellaneous items and $16 worth of food.
    Around 7 p.m. Monday, a woman was arrested on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstruction and criminal trespass.
    MAIN STREET BAR & GRILL — During an alcohol compliance check, a woman was cited around 10:30 p.m. Friday for furnishing alcohol to an underage person.

    Charles Justin Moore, 27, Crossgate Road, Port Wentworth — obstruction.
    Ann Plourde, 32, Prosser Road — contempt of drug court.

Incidents
    OLD HARDY PLACE ROAD — A sheriff’s captain arrested an unwanted, drunken person around 2 p.m. Monday. The man later spat on jail staff and was also charged with obstruction.
    HAMPSTEAD AVENUE — A woman told deputies around 1:40 p.m. Monday that an unknown male caller told her he had her medical record and she needed to sue a doctor over surgery she had. The woman said she was unaware of what the man was talking about.
