WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A man was arrested for shoplifting food worth $2.50, clothing valued at $20 and $35 worth of other items.
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
THOMAS VILLAGE — A man was charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery after a domestic dispute which ended in injury to a woman.
GRADY STREET, PORTAL — Deputies served a man with criminal trespass after he approached his girlfriend at another home, where she fled to avoid him after domestic problems.
TEAL CIRCLE — A woman said a man kicked her in the leg during an argument.
OLD RIGGS MILL ROAD — A driver called deputies after a toddler ran across the road in front of him. He noticed another toddler playing in the yard but would not get out to knock on the door of the residence due to a large dog. He blew the horn several times, but no one came to the door. When deputies and investigators arrived, they found the children unwashed and in need of clean diapers, with unsanitary living conditions. Two adults were found sleeping in a back room after deputies made several attempts to rouse them, and they claimed there was a deadbolt on the door and they had no idea how it became unlocked. Deputies contacted the Department of Family and Children Services.
