Editor's note: This article has been revised to reflect the following correction, which will appear in Wednesday's print edition. A man was arrested around 1:15 a.m. Nov. 26 at Loco's Grill & Pub for theft of services and public intoxication after he refused to pay a bar tab of $112 for 24 beers. Because of a reporter's mistake, the number of beers was incorrectly reported in Tuesday's Police Report. The Statesboro Herald regrets the error.

Note: All information included in this report is taken from law enforcement incident reports and arrest records, which are public records and available for review at any and all local law enforcement agencies. Not every arrest leads to a conviction. Guilt or innocence is determined by the court system.
