Police report - 12-19-14; A man told police someone stole his bicycle seat.

    Rebecca Lynne Williams, 37, Brooklet South Drive, Brooklet — DUI, headlights violation.
    Brandon Charles Murphy, 19, Vista Circle — registration and license violations, suspended license.
    Steven M. Grubbs, 23, Bird Road — wanted person, no registration.

    UNIVERSITY VILLAGE AT SOUTHERN — Someone kicked in a door and stole a TV and PlayStation between 2:30 and 8:30 p.m. Friday.
    CHILI’S GRILL AND BAR — A person reported Wednesday that someone stole $2,219 between 11 p.m. Aug. 4 and 8 a.m. Aug. 5.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — (Northside Drive East) A man told police around 2:45 a.m. Thursday that someone stole his bicycle seat, possibly as a prank.
Also, around 8 p.m. Wednesday, a man was caught trying to shoplift an Otterbox cellphone case. He did not succeed, and the item was recovered.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman told police around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday that a Nintendo gaming console, diamond and gold engagement ring, a watch and other jewelry, and a duffel bag were stolen during a burglary.

    Lanita Shantay Royals, 39, Redfield Road, Newington — suspended license, failure to maintain lane.

    BUMBLE BEES CHILD CARE & LEARNING CENTER — A woman told deputies around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday that a day-care worker allowed the complainant’s 3-year-old to leave with the child’s father’s girlfriend. The girlfriend was not authorized to pick up the child, but was authorized to drop the child off.
