▲ David Alan Mosley, 55, Highway 57, Cobbtown — possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of schedule IV controlled substances, use of firearm by convicted felon during commission of a crime, use of license plate to conceal, possession/use of drug-related objects.


➤ Statesboro Police Department

▲ Noah Miguel Clark, 22, Lanier Drive — entering auto, financial transaction card fraud (two counts).

▲ Malik Jamael Gibson, 21, Packinghouse Road — suspended license, brake light/signal violation, obstruction, probation violation.

▲ Asia Emani Hagins, 17, James Street — possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

▲ Danielle Nicole King, 32, Lanier Drive — suspended license.

▲ Oscar Jefferson Titus, 21, Woods Avenue, Portal — speeding, suspended license.

INCIDENTS

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

▲ WOODS AVENUE — A woman told deputies she suspects a woman who lived with her for 10 months stole some items that are missing. Reports did not list items taken. The victim said she would check pawn shops for the items.

▲ BROOKLET SOUTH DRIVE — Deputies responded to a reported fight where witnesses said a man fought with others over living arrangements and pulled a gun from somewhere in the home, pointed at them and threatened to shoot them. The accused offender denied the allegations, claiming he was swimming and was attacked when he got out of the pool. No one was arrested due to conflicting stories.

▲ EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A woman reported someone stole her prescription medications.

▲ LESTER ROAD — Someone reported the theft of $390 worth of video games and a $150 bicycle.

▲ MYRTLE LANE — Someone drove through some property, causing damages.

▲ MORRIS STREET — A couple who argued told police that one would leave for the night until tempers cooled.


➤ Georgia Southern University Police

▲ Officers issued one traffic citation and three traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.

▲ SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A person was judicially referred to university officials for punishment regarding a drug complaint. The person was not arrested.

▲ SOUTH CAMPUS — Someone reported a suspicious person.
