Bobby Ellis Dickerson, 72, North Main St. – Simple battery against a police officer, disorderly conduct, obstruction of law enforcement officers/misdemeanor, criminal trespass damage to property.

Jennifer Jean Doxsee, 32, Pioneer Trail, Portal – Two counts theft by taking/felony, financial transaction card fraud.
