Bulloch County sheriff's investigators arrested a man Thursday who they say had inappropriate involvement with a juvenile. After an investigation, Bulloch County sheriff's Deputy Ignacio Juarez Jr. charged Clifford Calk Minick, 23, of Mallard Pond Road, with child molestation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing alcohol to an underage person. The victim is a 15-year-old female, according to reports.
