Investigators arrested a man Sunday on child molestation charges after a juvenile relative claimed he had been molesting her for years. Family members brought the child, whose age was not immediately available Monday, to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office Sunday, said Sheriff Lynn Anderson. Soon thereafter, deputies located and arrested Emilio Moguel Silva, 35, of Bird Road, charging him with two counts of child molestation and two counts of sexual battery, he said.
