Thanks to staff at East Georgia Regional

Editor:
In recent weeks I was a patient at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.
The professional, courteous, and effective treatments were so far beyond my expectations that I am obligated to express my sincere admiration and appreciation.
This is not the same hospital that existed in past years.  Nor, I hasten to add, is it the same staff – doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative personnel.
The equipment and procedures appear to be cutting edge.
The consultative approach of the Doctor Specialist on the hospital staff was most impressive.  It was similar to what I had experienced at the Mayo Clinic.
The jewels in the hospital’s crown, however, were the great nurses and technicians with whom I came into close and regular contact.
Obviously the management at EGRMC is to be commended.
Hopefully these fine folks will read this and accept my heartfelt thanks.
