A man seen shoplifting thousands of dollars of jewelry from Kmart last week was arrested Tuesday, along with a woman police said was involved as well. James Robert Pullam and Jennifer Lynn Pullam, both 26 and of Dyches Road, were each charged with felony shoplifting. On July 25, "James Robert Pullam took four sets of earrings from the jewelry display case at Kmart and fled on foot after being approached by store employees," Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner said.
