Two Pembroke women caught rambling in an abandoned house Tuesday face burglary and drug charges, said Bulloch County sheriff’s Capt. Todd Hutchens. Someone reported a suspicious vehicle on Floyd and Mason roads near Gwinnett’s Crossing, and when a deputy responded, he found the vehicle empty. Then, two women — Erica Debra Jernigan, 28, of Georgetown Edwards Road in Pembroke, and April Joyce Carter, 43, of Sims Road in Pembroke — came walking up to the car, he said.
