    William Nelson Davis, 20, Seven Lakes Boulevard, Martinez — failure to maintain lane, DUI under 21.
    Marie N. Brown, 42, Southern Living Estates — battery.
    Joshua Aaron Routh, 18, Lanier Derive — underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication.

    Linda Darnell Leon, 56, Dean Nichols Road, Portal — contempt of drug court.
    Michael Frank Leon, 26, Dean Nichols Road, Portal — child support lockup ( nonpayment of child support.)
    Brian Latavius Massey, 22, Wrightsboro Road, Thomson — speeding, marijuana possession.
    Terry Eugene Hill, 22, Forest Ridge Place — marijuana possession.
    Taylor Sewell Pennington, 22, Champion Boulevard — DUI (refused test).
    David Fagan Jr., 56, West Parrish Street — DUI, driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
    Nicholas Jordan Carroll, 17, Broomstraw Trace, Ellabell — disorderly conduct.
    Joe Benton Brown, 39, South Wynn Road — theft by deception, felony theft by conversion.
    Louise Victoria Bethune, 39, Southern Living Estates — battery, disorderly conduct.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 12 traffic violation citations Friday, 12 Saturday and 10 Sunday.
      
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Friday, one traffic citation Saturday and two Sunday.
    Nicholas Aaron Wesley, 19, Greenwood Drive, Martinez — underage possession/consumption of alcohol, disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer.
    Andrew Mason Hoffman, 25,Lanier Drive — driving with suspended license.
    Jermaine Denardo Thomas, 22, G. W. Oliver Spur — wanted person.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    McALLISTER'S DELI — A man reported $121 taken from a bank deposit bag.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARMENTS — A woman reported a burglary and listed a law enforcement ID, iPod, debit card, driver's license and Wal—Mart card stolen. Another resident in another apartment reported a smoking device and $580 cash stolen, as well as identification and credit cards, a wallet and knife.
    CATHERINE AVENUE — Police had several improperly parked vehicles towed.
    FLORENCE AVENUE — A Play Station 3 was reported stolen.
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES  — a tenant reported two beer kegs — empty — were stolen from her porch. Another man in a separate incident said someone stole a keg shell from his truck.

    Incidents occurring since Friday will be published Wednesday.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    FRIDAY — Troopers issued 16 warnings and investigated six accidents
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued 19 warnings and five accidents.
    SUNDAY —Troopers issued 16 warnings and one accident.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted one motorist, assisted one sick person, responded to a drug complaint at Sanford Hall and investigated two accidents.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted one motorist, responded to a drug complaint at Southern Pines and assisted another agency.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued six traffic warnings, assisted two motorists and responded to two alarms.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A wallet and several keys were reported stolen.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — Someone reported a wallet stolen.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — An I—Pod was taken from a car.
    SANFORD HALL — Someone reported a case of simple battery,
