         Gary Lewis Bacon, 39, D. Anderson Road, Register — felony theft by taking, probation violation.
        James Harold Partain Jr., 46, Gordon Street, Pt. Wentworth — probation violation.
        Robert Morrison Ferrell, 20, Pond View Road, Metter — bench warrant.
        Tameka Latonya Grant, 31, Fair Road — felony theft by conversion, probation violation.
        Twyla Lynette Burke, 30, Packinghouse Road — sale of alcohol without license, wanted person.
        McKey Shawn Johnson, 38, Pamela Way — sale of alcohol without a license.
        James Bernard Scott, 39, W. Rushing Road, Register — sale of alcohol without a license, sale of tobacco without a license.

        Leon Hagins Jr., 36, Lanier Drive — driving with a suspended license, speeding.
        Yolanda Michelle Tisby, 29, Park Place Apartments — probation violation, giving false identity, suspended registration, driving without a license on person, probation violation ( Screven County).

        Marcus Craig Hutchinson, 50, Old River Road North — theft by conversion.
        Brandon Wayne Divens, 21, Lanier Drive — speeding, DUI.

        Daniel Few, 19, University Villas — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and giving false identification to an officer.

Statesboro Police Incidents
          SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man reported a window was shattered by unknown means.
        THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said two people she knows stole her carpet cleaner while visiting her roommate.

        Incidents occurring since Friday will be reported Wednesday.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
          FRIDAY —  Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted one motorist.
        SATURDAY —  Officers assisted one motorist.
        SUNDAY —  Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted one motorist.
        WILLIAMS CENTER — A wallet and cell phone were reported  stolen.
        UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A wallet was reported lost or mislaid at the  pool.
        J. I CLEMENTS STADIUM — Officers responded to a report of a sick person.
        KENNEDY HALL — Officers responded to a report of a sick person. Also, officers responded to a residential alarm at Kennedy Hall.

        SOUTHERN PINES — Officers responded to a reported fights.
