FACTORY TIRE OUTLET — Police investigated a suspicious person hiding behind a car, and pursued a juvenile who fled. The juvenile was arrested after police determined he entered several vehicles and took a stereo.
BALDWIN STREET — A woman told police a female she knew assaulted her.
HEALTHY TOUCH DAY SPA — A woman reported the theft of two iron lawn chairs.
WORLD FINANCE — Someone entered a car and took a lap top computer.
COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES — A woman said someone banged on her door so hard he damaged it and knocked things off her walls inside.
GARDEN DISTRICT — A woman told police someone put glue on her vehicle's windows, door handles, locks, gas tank door and windshield wipers.
In a separate incident a woman told police her ex-boyfriend called and texted her 14 times.
BRANNEN STREET — A man reported getting 24 unwanted text messages from a female.
JC PENNEY — Two employees reported being threatened by a third employee.
GREEN STREET — A man said he was being harassed by another man over a female.
SAV-A-LOT — A woman was arrested after leaving the store without paying for $102 worth of groceries.
EAST OLLIFF STREET — Police met with a woman at the hospital who said she was attacked by two adult females and two juveniles. She suffered lacerations to the face.
STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE — A complainant reported a burglary, listing two X-box games and two lap top computers taken.
THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A woman reported grease and saliva on a vehicle.
RETRIEVERS — A man said two or three unknown men started a fight with him, causing a knot and a gash on his head.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
LANES CHURCH ROAD — (Brooklet) Police arrested a man who threatened to harm himself, then fought with others using a knife during the scuffle.
CHANCE'S MOBILE HOME PARK — (Clito) A man called deputies and met them upon arrival, demanding to be taken to Atlanta to see his caseworker. When informed deputies could not do that, the man became angry and cursed the deputy and neighbors, refusing orders to calm down, and ended up arrested.
WINDING WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said she was dating a man and purchased a gas wood splitter for $1,597; a nail gun for $366 and a HDTV valued at $2,700. The pair have broken up and the man refuses to give the items back.

Troopers issued 13 warnings, assisted one motorist, and investigated four crashes with two reported injuries Tuesday.
