Statesboro Police Arrests
        Anthony Antonio McMillan,21, West Inman Street — probation violation.
        Henry Vaneal Cooper, 28, U.S. 80 West — driving with a suspended license.
                Keith Devall Bliey, 41, Savannah Avenue — theft by shoplifting.
        Joshua Heath Sutton, 21, Lanier Drive — tail light violation., seat belt violation, DUI.
        Cleveland E. Cone, 34, East Jones Avenue — no lights on a bicycle at night, obstruction.
        Grady Lee Budgett, 35, Westover Drive — no proof of insurance, suspended registration.
        Adam James Rooks, 22, Reece Drive, Hoschton — marijuana possession,.
        Gail Lavon Mitchell, 21, Fresno Street, Valdosta — felony obstruction of officers, public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

        Don Hyok Kim, 22, Woodland Drive — marijuana possession.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
        Arrests since Friday will be published Thursday.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
         Troopers issued one traffic violation citation Monday.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
          Removed: Charges expunged from defendant's record after successful completion of probation.

Statesboro Police Incidents
        PINELAND MENTAL HEALTH/NORTH MAIN STREET — A woman said a man threatened her and clients with bodily harm.
        STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A student passed a counterfeit $20 bill at lunch.
        COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES —  A man reported a stolen blue and white Suzuki motorcycle. In a separate incident a man told police someone fired a bullet into his apartment. Police recovered the .380 run from the ceiling near the man's bed.

        PALMETTO COURT — A man threatened a couple, kicked over a table and said he would return with a weapon if they did not pay him $200 they owed him.

        SAV-A-LOT — A man stuffed diapers and baby formula down his pants and tried to leave without paying.
        HOLLYWOOD BARBER SHOP — A man reported someone stole his bike from in front of the College Plaza shop and when he asked the proprietor, the man became angry and pushed him.

        THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A woman said a man twisted her arm during an argument over keys.
        TURNER STREET — A man reported his wallet stolen from his car. The wallet contained $200.
        HERITAGE BANK — A man asked for a $4,500 advance on a credit card, which was denied. However, a conversation with a credit card representative ended with  the man getting the advance. Then, bank officials discovered the card had been canceled the day before.

        RUSTY TAVERN — A man broke fence boards during a heated conversation.
        MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD — A man said someone shattered his car window and took his cell phone.
        RACKLEY STREET — A woman said a man grabbed her by the throat during an argument over bath towels.
        THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — Police responded to a call about women fighting, but found no one. When they asked a woman to hang around for questioning, however, she became irate and fought with an officer, getting herself arrested on felony obstruction charges, as well as public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
         Troopers issued 13 warnings and investigated two accidents with two reported injuries.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
         Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, assisted one sick person and investigated two accidents Monday.

        CARROLL BUILDING — Someone reported a fight.

Central 911 Reports
        Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
        Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 12 calls.
        Statesboro Police Department — 18 calls.
        University Police Department — two calls.
        Georgia State Patrol — two calls.
        Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
        Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
        Brooklet Police Department — one call.
       
911 Fire Department Reports
        Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
        Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
        Bulloch County Volunteer Fire Department — one call.
        Metter Fire Department — four calls.
         Claxton Fire Department — one call.

911 EMS Reports
        Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
        Bulloch County EMS —  three accident calls and 15 medical calls.
        Candler County EMS — 10 medical calls.
        Evans County EMS — two medical calls.
        Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls:  six calls to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to Effingham County 911 and three calls to Bryan County 911.
