Dia's Clubhouse Greek Dressing debuts

         Darin Van Tassell is a professor, coach, businessman and president of the Statesboro Convention and Visitors Bureau. Now, you can add foodie entrepreneur as Van Tassell embarks on his latest venture, making and bottling Dia's Clubhouse Greek Dressing and Marinade.
        The product's website - - showcases recipes using the dressing and marinade, tells the product's history, and soon will allow customers to buy the product online.
        "The dressing is so delicious we wanted to make it available not only to our customers at Spikes, but to everyone we could," said Van Tassell.
        Dia's is currently available for purchase at The Clubhouse, the Statesboro Farmers Market, and is featured on the menu at Spikes Sports Grill and Bar.
        In addition to bottling and distributing Dia's Clubhouse Greek Dressing and Marinade, Darin Van Tassell and his wife, Netra, own The Clubhouse.
