A Brooklet teen is being held without bond in the Bulloch County Jail on charges of rape. Further charges are pending, said Bulloch County Sheriff Noel Brown. After meeting with the victim Sunday, deputies arrested Beau Stephens McKinney, 17, of McElveen Kendrick Pond Road, Brooklet, he said.
