Mr. and Mrs. John Daniel Finch of Portal announces the engagement of their daughter, Tammy Finch, to Daniel Elliott Miller, son of Gail Miller and the late Franklin D. “Bozzy” Miller.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Creech and the late Daniel Finch and late Mr. and Mrs. Luther Thompson and is the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Claybourn Motes. She is a 1991 graduate of Portal High and is attending Ogeechee Tech. She is currently employed at Julia P. Bryant Elementary.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Hilda Falligan and the late Mr. Francis Isiah Falligan and the late Mr. and Mrs. Grady Miller. He is a 1989 graduate of Portal High and is employed with various industrial
contractors.
    The couple invites you to share in their joy as they exchange marriage vows on Saturday, January 7th, 2012, at 5 p.m. at the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church. A reception will immediately follow at the home of Gary and Debbie Bustle in Register, Ga.
