Plans have been finalized for the December 16, 2006 wedding of Elizabeth Evelyn Stubbs and John Tom Brinson Jr.
    The 5 p.m. ceremony will be held at First Baptist Church with the reception immediately following in the Perry Fellowship Hall.
    No local invitations have been sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
