Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Francis Fletcher
    Adrienne Marie Spraley of Athens, Ga., became the bride of Benjamin Francis Fletcher of Athens, Ga., during a 2 p.m. wedding ceremony held on August 1, 2009, at the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta, Ga. Father Joe Aquino was the celebrant.
    The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David (Diane) Spraley of Marietta, Ga., and is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andre (Teresea) Pelletier and Mr. and Mrs. Clement (Elizabeth, deceased) Spraley. Godmother of the bride is Mrs. Roger (Elaine) Pelletier.
    The groom is the son of Drs. F. Marion and Leslie B. Fletcher of Statesboro, Ga., and is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry G. (Geraldine F.) Beckenbach and the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel W. (Edna H.) Fletcher.
    Honorary elders of the groom include Mrs. Michael (Shary B.) Watson, aunt of the groom; and Mrs. James (Rebecca L.) Cantrell, cousin of the groom.
    Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a gown of white Alencon lace over white charmeuse silk. The sleeveless bodice featured a V-neckline, accented by a white taffeta sash tied at the natural waist. The trumpet skirt was finished by a sweep-length train with cascading lace. She also wore her mother's cathedral-length veil, trimmed in Alencon lace.
    Maid of honor was Jeannette Spraley, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Alexis Fletcher and Calley Fletcher, sisters of the groom.
    The bridesmaids each wore a strapless knee-length gown of silk chiffon in buttercup. The gown had a gathering at the bust and an A-line skirt with a sash of matching material.
    Ellie Riechman, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.
    The groom's best man was Ryan Sheppard. Groomsmen were Michael Jones and Bret Greene. Ryan Riechman, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
    Honorary attendants were Lisa Milam, Mandy Konttinen, Patrick Anderson, Dan Tokos, Bob Finch, Rob Dinwiddie and Matthew Spraley, brother of the bride.
    The honorary bridesmaids each wore a strapless knee-length gown of silk chiffon in raspberry. The gown was gathered at the bust and had an A-line skirt with a sash of matching material.
    Immediately following the marriage ceremony, the bride's parents hosted an Open House at their home. The event was coordinated by Kathy and Lauren Lonegran and Janice McCarthy.
    The wedding reception consisted of dinner, a dance and magic show, hosted by the bride's parents at The Atlanta Country Club, and coordinated by Mr. and Mrs. James M. (Karen) Keefe.
    On the evening before the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a Rehearsal Dinner/low country boil at The Dunwoody Country Club.
    The couple honeymooned in Montreal and Quebec City, Canada, and now resides in Athens, Ga.
