Mr. and Mrs. Juan Hill of Sylvania announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Frances Hill, to Ryan Garrett Norton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Norton of Sylvania.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Hill of Sylvania and Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Miller of Brooklet. Haley is a 2002 graduate of Screven County High School and attended Georgia Southern University. She resides in Statesboro, where she is an independent sales director with Mary Kay Cosmetics.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Blackburn Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Norton of Sylvania. Ryan is a 2000 graduate of Screven County High School. He serves as a senior airman in the United States Air Force Reserves and has served active duty in Afghanistan. Ryan is currently attending Georgia Southern University, earning a bachelor of science degree in industrial management. He resides in Statesboro where he is employed by Lowe’s.
The wedding and reception will be held on Saturday, December 23,2006, at 2 p.m. on Saint Simons Island at Epworth-By-The-Sea.
