The Statesboro Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department finished its Recreational League baseball and softball seasons this week with tournaments in each league.
    In the Midget Softball League, the Dark Horse Properties Bulldogs beat the Sullivan Law Firm Tigers, 9-1, to win the championship.
    In the Minor League, the Party Harbor Yankees defeated the Heritage Investment Mariners, 9-2, to win the title.
    In Midget Baseball, the BestRate Auto Insurance Padres edged the Loco's Grill and Pub Cubs, 8-7, to win the championship.
