After a successful Pro Day that saw nearly 40 scouts make the trip to J.I. Clements Stadium a year ago, the Georgia Southern baseball team will again hold a Pro Day scrimmage Thursday at 3 p.m.
The team will be divided into a Blue and White team for the scrimmage and all draft eligible pitchers will throw at least an inning.
Georgia Southern has had three or more players drafted in each of the last five seasons and over the past two seasons seven Eagles have heard their names called in the draft.
Four members of the 2012 team were drafted a year ago, including Victor Roache, who was the fifth-ever Eagle to be drafted in the first round, and second round selection Chris Beck, the Eagles' Friday night starter for two years.
