Georgia Southern got an unexpected weekday off Wednesday when a game scheduled in Macon against Mercer was rained out, but with the week bookended by four-game sets, the Eagles will still get plenty of work. A three-team, round-robin tournament will take place at J.I. Clements Stadium as GSU plays hosts to the Ohio Bobcats (2-4) and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville (1-6). The Eagles (7-1) kept busy during the rainout, as the game was cancelled before the bus left for Macon.
