Joseph F. Neil of Atlanta, Georgia, and Ellijay passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
    Joseph is survived by his cherished wife, Ruth, of 36 years; and his daughter, Amanda Joellen, 29 years old.
    A celebration of life service is scheduled for July 8, 2018, at 4 p.m. at the Deep South Farm in Ellijay.
    Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
