A Statesboro installment of the Women’s March is planned for Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. on the Georgia Southern University campus. The march will begin at Sweetheart Circle and proceed through campus, ending at the Russell Union Rotunda with a rally. Coinciding with the Women’s March on Washington, D.C., this demonstration and others throughout the country are intended to show a united front in the fight for the rights of women and other marginalized groups, organizers announced.
