W SPLASH 01 — First year Splash in the Boro lifeguard Nicole Nichols, 19, has a hearty laugh as Dylan Colter, 4, of Baxley shows off his physical prowess Saturday.

Gray skies and intermittent rain storms didn't deter hard core water fanatics during opening day at the aquatic park inside Mill Creek Park. Splash is open today from noon to 6 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for its sneak preview Memorial Day weekend.
