Third entering auto suspect apprehended

Screven County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man Wednesday who was sought by Bulloch County Sheriff's deputies in connection to a number of entering auto cases this week. Screven authorities charged Martese Daquann Williams, of Waters Grove Road, Sylvania, with simple battery and interference with an emergency phone call during an incident in Screven County Wednesday, said public information officer Brett Dickerson.

Recognizing Williams from a Bulloch County "BOLO," ( be on the lookout), Screven deputies also held Williams on charges in Bulloch County, which include felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Bulloch County Sheriff deputies apprehended two other suspects Tuesday after chasing a car containing the suspects from Pretoria Lane to the Berkshire subdivision, where Cornelius Di'Jon Roberts, 18, Cab Drive, Sylvania, and Fabolous Tevin Zamar Mills, 19, Fifth Avenue, Sylvania, were taken into custody on entering auto charges, said Bulloch Sheriff Lynn Anderson.

Williams fled the scene, but investigators issued a lookout, and Williams was apprehended Wednesday in Screven County, he said.
Bulloch County Sheriff's incident reports issued Wednesday list all three suspects as offenders in a number of cases.

A Blackberry Curve cell phone was reportedly stolen from a vehicle at Pretoria Lane; a GPS unit, cell phone, power inverter and $35 were reported stolen from a car on Brookwood Drive; a purse and contents ( including credit cards and ID) was reported stolen from a car on North Leah Lane in the Berkshire subdivision, and another man on that street reported a .270 caliber rifle and a .243 caliber rifle were stolen from his truck.

A Chatsworth Court resident also reported a gun stolen from his vehicle - a .380 caliber pistol , as well as holster and a GPS unit.
Bulloch County Sheriff's Deputy Jeffrey Thompson, upon stopping the car in which the suspects were traveling, found several items suspected to have been taken in the entering auto incidents, according to reports.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Capt. Todd Hutchens said the investigation is ongoing, reports of possibly related incidents are still coming in, and further charges against the three suspects are pending.

Williams is being held in the Screven County Jail on local charges there, and may be transferred to the Bulloch County Jail once the Screven County charges are resolved.

Mills and Roberts are being held in the Bulloch County Jail, according to jail reports.
