A second male has been charged with molesting a 13-year-old girl whose mother has been charged with lying about the girl's age, police said. Dustin Keith Hodges, 17, of Joiner Road in Brooklet, was taken to the Bulloch County Jail on Tuesday afternoon on charges of child molestation and statutory rape. He was later released but faces further proceedings on those charges.
