A man whom authorities say was wanted for offenses ranging from probation violations to selling marijuana in several counties was arrested Thursday after officers responded to a large gathering of people at The Cove apartments, according to the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office. Investigators with the Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression Team were working the area of Lanier Drive when they responded to The Cove Apartments on Chandler Road to assist Statesboro Police Department units with the large gathering, Sheriff Lynn Anderson said in a news release issued Friday. During the course of this agency assist, CST members began speaking with a man in the area.
