Middle class ... is a fuzzy government term ... which boils down to how responsible and hard-working ... you are as an individual ... As long as you're contented and happy with your life ... you can consider yourself ... as a rich individual. Our social classes are merely defined in our individual minds. ... The government census uses a mean average income ... of $46,829 per year if you wish to determine your social status. .. Be happy and live long ... and prosper.

I read with interest ... in the Sunday Lifestyle section, 'Helping hands in Haiti.' ... We have so many hungry children in Bulloch County. We have so many homeless people. We have so many needy people. ... Why don't we just contain our efforts ... to this country? ... We are so disliked in the Middle East and everywhere ... that we go and we spend money. I think we need to stop this and concentrate on our own country.

... The Herald heading today ... on the front page, 'Ohio inmate says he's too b ... obese for execution'. .. I read it twice in disbelief ... and ... then disgust. ... After almost 30 years, an O ... Ohio inmate sentenced to death ... to be housed and fed now is 267 pounds. Too large to be executed -- the usual manner. Stop tryin' to start an IV. Just shoot 'im!

... I'd like to thank the county for ... the nice ... job that they've done on the road .. off of ... on Highway 80. ... But now it's time for them to cut the grass. ... It looks ... would look so much better if they would cut the grass. ... Needs to be done. Thank you!
