I agree with the caller that ... stated we have such an increase in violent crime here in Statesboro. ... It used to be we hardly ever heard about anything. Now ... nearly every day somebody's getting robbed at gunpoint, stabbed, shot, killed. It's getting ridiculous. ... Come on, law enforcement. What can we do?

Well ... I reckon them there people on Country Club Road and Cypress Lake roads ... thinks me and mine to be a bunch of hillbillies ... since I's lives on a dirt road with good ol' Georgia red clay. ... My chil'ren's bus driver don't much give a hoot. In fact ... she loves it when it rains! ... Loves mud-boggin', y'all. That there's fun to watch. ... My ol' Ford pickup ... ain't never clean since them there dirt roads is always dry and dusty. ... In case you wonderin', I do have a diagree from the big G. That's the University of Georgia. For you snooty people in Statesboro ... get over it! Your cars are gonna get dirty."

... Stores that ... stay open 24 hours ... amazing you call at 5:25 ... a.m. and nobody answers the phone. ... Makes you wonder.

If the coaches in Portal would let the ninth- and 10th-graders play, not only the 11th- and 12th-graders, they might not have such a poor team.

... I ... wish someone could explain to me why the Jenkins County fire truck ... was at Walmart with people soliciting funds for that ... fire department ... at Walmart in Statesboro. Thank you. Bye.
