This is ... in response to ... School Superintendent Wilson's plan. ... A person asked what is more important, personnel or program? Regular teachers have disadvantaged and SPED students mixed in with their regular students every single day ... and they work very hard to differentiate their lessons in order to meet the needs of all of their children ... including the SPED and disadvantaged. ... When you cut the personnel ... teachers are forced to make hard choices. A single teacher cannot be everything that is expected by the public ... when you put 30 or more students in their ... classrooms. ... Good teachers impact more lives and are much more important than any program.

I agree 100 percent with Holli Deal's ... column in Sunday's paper. ... My house was broken into and my pistol and ammunition was stolen. ... Even though I told the ... police ... who did it, they were unable to get enough evidence to charge the person. So, that pistol is illegally floating around along with ammunition that goes with it. ... It would be nice ... if we lived in a perfect world, but we don't. ... Holli, great column. Keep up the good work.

This week ... Michael Moore said our desire to own guns in the United States ... is tied to racism. ... As a boy growing up in Mississippi, my desire to own a gun was to shoot squirrels. ... Little did I know that squirrel hunting ... is racist. ... I do know that mental illness is rampant in this country ... and so does everyone else. ... Bye.
